Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Regional Clinical Operations Leader to drive regional study delivery, lead the regional team, and coordinate external partners in the United States.

The role ensures timelines, budget adherence, and inspection readiness across studies within the region. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in clinical research (biotech/pharma/CRO), strong leadership, and proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and CROs to meet study goals.

Qualifications

• 6 or more years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry.
• Proven experience in clinical research including relevant experience as team lead in clinical functions.
• Experience as CRA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional clinical operations team and external vendors on a regional level.
• Manages planning and execution from feasibility through closeout for the region.
• Ensures compliance with ICH/GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements in the region.
• Maintains inspection readiness and supports audits/inspections.
• Provides regular updates to senior management on regional study progress.
