Job summary

TeamHealth seeks a Clinical Practice Manager to liaison Post-Acute facilities with regional leadership. Under the VPO, you will drive operational performance, coordinate client service activities, and support onboarding and recruitment.

This full-time hybrid role emphasizes cost control, quality programs, and proven leadership to improve patient care outcomes. The position emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and facilities, budget adherence, and expanding referrals, with travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in a healthcare related field.
• BS or equivalent in a healthcare related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to communicate effectively – orally, in writing, in person and on the telephone – with all categories of people within the company and potential affiliates
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serves as the liaison between the Post-Acute facility and the regional leadership.
• Provides operational support to PODS and coordinates client service activities.
• Manages daily operations and ensures staffing meets patient care needs.
• Implements policies and procedures to guide practice operations.
• Participates in recruitment for new providers and leads onsite meetings with providers and facilities.
