Jobgether SRL seeks an Associate Director, Regional Clinical Study Management to lead regional clinical operations from feasibility through closeout, coordinating with global teams and external vendors. This remote US-based role emphasizes inspection readiness, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in ICH/GCP compliance, regulatory submissions, and budget/resource oversight, driving study success in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline with 8+ years of progressive clinical operations experience, or a Master's with 6+ years.
• Proven leadership experience as a people manager or cross-functional study leader.
• Strong experience managing regional clinical studies or portfolios across planning, startup, recruitment, execution, quality, and closeout.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, inspection readiness, study quality, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional clinical operations for studies or portfolios, guiding goals and resolving escalated issues.
• Oversee regional study delivery from feasibility to closeout, aligned with global timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, providing updates and escalating risks to global leadership.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements; prepare for audits.
