Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead global trial planning, execution, and resource management for autoimmune candidates.

You will manage internal and sponsor CROs, develop protocols, ensure ICH/GCP compliance, and oversee multi-study budgets with cross‑functional collaboration across Regulatory, Legal, and Finance.

The role may include acting as Clinical Project Manager to optimize delivery, and requires travel abroad to support international sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical research within pharma/medtech with leadership and hands-on trial management.
• Proven experience managing international trials and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and trial metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical operations planning, execution, and resource management.
• Oversee internal resources and CRO/vendor performance for trials.
• Develop study protocols and ensure ICH/GCP compliance.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk management across programs.
• Collaborate across Regulatory, Legal, and Finance teams.
• May act as Clinical Project Manager to optimize delivery.
