Job summary

Hrcrs is seeking a Director Clinical Research to provide strategic oversight of registries, IDE/post-approval studies, and cross-functional leadership within the United States.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team, ensures GCP/regulatory compliance, guides risk mitigation, and communicates study timelines and actions to leadership and stakeholders. Remote, US-wide, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical project management within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical company.
• Proven track record of successfully managing clinical trials, including IDE, PMA, and/or 510(k) studies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex data to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support study design and budget planning for initiation of new studies and ongoing supervision of ongoing studies.
• Ensure trials are conducted per protocol, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical vendors and serve as escalation point for sites.
• Drive collaboration with stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Direct oversight of cross-functional Study Operations teams.
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and retain clinical research professionals.
