Job summary

Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to lead global clinical trials with strategic direction and efficient planning. You will manage internal and external resources to accelerate development while ensuring ICH/GCP compliance.

You will report to the Executive Director, Clinical Development Operations and collaborate across Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and BD to optimize study delivery. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required; RN or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical research with leadership of trials from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and international regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global clinical studies and resource planning.
• Lead budgeting, study management, and CRO/vendor oversight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Regulatory, and Legal.
• Represent the company at Investigator Meetings and external partnerships.
