Qualifications

• 2 years lab experience in hematology and chemistry.
• Bachelor Degree in medical laboratory science from a NAACLS accredited MT program.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a technical consultant for Baptist clinics.
• Collaborates with the lab and clinical care team to meet training and regulatory needs.
• Serves as a resource for lab orders, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Implements testing and training to meet operational requirements.
• Utilizes laboratory skills to perform and report results of defined procedures ensuring patient outcomes.
• Assists with training of other employees under the direction of the Lab Services Director and lab manager.
• Oversee assigned shifts and is subject to overtime and call back.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
