Job summary
Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Regional Clinical Director-level candidate to lead behavioral health services for our autism program within a specified region. You will supervise ARCDs and Clinical Supervisors, monitor staff performance, and ensure consistent, high-quality clinical delivery across the region.
The role requires a Master's degree with BCBA certification, extensive experience with autism services, and strong knowledge of ABA methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field with BCBA certification.
- Experience with ASD and behavioral health service programs.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision and management of ARCDs and Clinical Supervisors.
- Monitor performance and productivity of clinical teams and ensure service quality.
- Oversee documentation, case assignments, and audits within the region.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR for staffing and budget planning.
