Job summary

Complete Care Careers is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. You will partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care, while coaching and guiding teams.

The role requires active RN licensure in Wisconsin, extensive leadership experience in long-term care, and willingness to travel regionally to support multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license.
• Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care; prior Director of Nursing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes.
• Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Wisconsin region.
