Job summary

Southwest Labs in Albuquerque–Santa Fe Metropolitan Area seeks a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other clients. You will present diagnostic services and coordinate service delivery with internal teams.

Daily duties include identifying new business opportunities, making sales calls and in-person meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and account retention while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service to engage clients clearly and professionally.
• Sales experience in healthcare or laboratory settings preferred.
• Ability to deliver training and support basic sales management activities.
• Familiarity with healthcare or clinical laboratory services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
• Proven ability to work independently on-site and meet performance goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local visits.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics and other clients.
