Job summary

PeopleOne Health seeks a Clinical Area Manager to lead clinical operations across Brevard and Polk Counties. You will oversee Center Managers, drive quality metrics, and ensure adherence to our care model while supporting staff development.

The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with 5+ years in clinical settings and 2+ years in leadership, willing to travel within the region, and familiar with electronic health records such as eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, or ARRT licensure in good standing required, or CMA with 5+ years experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight for a cluster of health centers and lead Center Managers and staff.
• Conduct monthly Performance Management Interviews with Center Managers to review KPIs and set goals.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and professional growth across the region.
• Ensure alignment with the care model, mission, values, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor clinical performance indicators, quality metrics, and productivity benchmarks.
• Implement corrective action plans in response to gaps or audit findings.
• Investigate patient complaints and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
