The role ensures consistent workflows, financial performance, patient experience, and staff development across sites, while driving strategic initiatives to grow clinic operations and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of operational or healthcare management experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations or departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics and ancillary services within the region.
• Ensure consistency in workflows, policies, and performance standards across locations.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, staff engagement, and patient experience.
• Collaborate with physicians to review workflows, performance metrics, and optimize clinic and surgical volume.
• Supervise clinic managers and operational teams across multiple sites.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to support leadership development.
• Monitor KPIs including patient volume, utilization, and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control across regional clinics.
