Maximus is hiring a Regional Clinic Supervisor for the Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This hybrid role requires work at clinic locations in Houston, TX and El Paso, TX, and remote duties from home. The supervisor will lead Clinic Intake Specialists and Sr.

Clinic Intake Specialists across the Central/Plains region, with travel to clinics as needed. US citizens or Green Card holders only. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are required, along with HIPAA

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Acrobat; basic Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and delegate.
• HIPAA and security requirements knowledge.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Clinic Intake schedules weekly/daily to ensure clinics are staffed.
• Provide support and ongoing training to Clinic Intake Specialist and Senior Intakes.
• Address issues and communicate with RCM for follow up.
• New Clinic Intake onboarding and training.
• Supervise and develop subordinates, schedule work, and ensure wage/hour compliance.
