Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Regional Clinic Supervisor to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in a hybrid role. You will primarily supervise Clinic Intake Specialists for the Central/Plains region, ensuring clinics are staffed and training is provided.

The position requires onsite work at Houston, TX and El Paso, TX locations with remote work from home. Travel to clinics in Texas and the region is frequent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; basic Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and delegate.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinic Intake schedules to ensure clinics are staffed.
• Provide guidance and ongoing training to Clinic Intake Specialists.
• Address issues and coordinate with RCM for follow-ups.
• New Clinic Intake onboarding and training.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; ensure wage/hour policy compliance.
