Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Regional Clinic Supervisor to lead the Clinic Intake team for the Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) in a hybrid Houston-based role. You will oversee CIS and Senior CIS, provide training, manage scheduling, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with HR and leadership.

Travel within Texas and the region is required. The role provides Maximus-provided equipment and requires residency within commutable distance to Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinic Intake schedules to ensure clinics are staffed.
• Provide support, guidance and ongoing training to Clinic Intake Specialists.
• Address issues and concerns of Clinic Intake staff and coordinate with HR as needed.
• Onboard and train new Clinic Intake staff.
• Perform supervisory duties including scheduling, delegation and performance discussions.
