Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Regional Clinic Supervisor for the Veterans Evaluation Services team. This hybrid role requires onsite work at clinic locations in Houston, TX and El Paso, TX, with remote work from home as needed.

You will oversee Clinic Intake Specialists across the Central/Plains region and coordinate schedules, training, and issue resolution while traveling to clinics as required. Due to contract requirements, only US Citizens or Green Card holders can be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Acrobat; basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements, medical terminology

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinic Intake schedules weekly/daily to ensure staffing
• Provide guidance and training to Clinic Intake Specialists and Senior Intakes
• Address issues from staff and communicate with RCM for follow-up
• New Clinic Intake onboarding and training
• Supervise and develop subordinates; ensure wage/hour compliance
