Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Virsono clinics across the region.
• Maintain standardized practices across sites and track forecasts/targets.
• Lead and develop the On-site Clinic Support Staff.
• Coordinate with remote audiology teams to ensure effective operation.
• Develop and manage regional marketing strategies and budget.
• Stay updated on Earlens products and disseminate knowledge across clinics.
• Cultivate relationships with ENT offices and act as primary contact for inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews.
