Job summary

Expect frequent travel to customer facilities, hands-on project management, and the ability to build strong relationships across Operations, Shipping, and Purchasing teams. This role supports the Enterprise Accounts team with a focus on long-term retention and growth.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma preferred with a focus on business, packaging, or a technical major.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP a plus.
• Experience in project management, packaging, fulfillment center operations, or supply chain is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Pregis values in daily work and with customers.
• Travel frequently to customer facilities within a designated geographic region.
• Coordinate and execute implementation plans and schedules with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage new account launch activities, including machine requisitions and installations.
• Develop relationships with local distribution partners and stakeholders at fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate with the field service team to exceed customer expectations.
