Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Performance Manager to lead operational performance for insurance partners, conducting audits, and coaching shop teams. You will collaborate with the National Account Team and regional leadership to improve key metrics and drive continuous improvement in repair centers.

You will train leaders on WOW processes, analyze data, and communicate performance plans to partners, ensuring best-in-class operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in collision repair or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance Partner guidelines and scorecard metrics.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supports achievement of operational and client metrics; preps audit reports.
• Conducts internal audits on KPIs and WOW procedures; communicates findings.
• Develops understanding of client expectations and internal initiatives; creates improvement plans.
• Partners with National Account team to understand client requirements and communicate performance.
• Trains market/shop leaders on WOW repair processes and estimatics.
