Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. (ARORA) is seeking a regional Growth Leader to expand service offerings across the Southeast. You will own regional business development, client satisfaction, and long-term strategy, overseeing multiple offices including Atlanta and Orlando.

Responsibilities include building a regional pipeline, leading bids, and guiding project delivery with PMO collaboration. The role demands 12+ years in BD/marketing and 5+ years in management within A/E/C sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years business development and marketing experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience in A/E/C industry mandatory.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to maintain a safe driving record.
• PE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development and client account management.
• Develop and execute regional strategic business plan.
• Identify target clients and pursue regional opportunities.
• Lead project life cycles from pursuit to delivery.
• Coordinate with PMO for delivery and client satisfaction.
