Job summary

Clean Harbors is looking for a Regional Class A End Dump driver to join their safety conscious team in La Porte, TX. The run goes from La Porte, TX to New Martinsville, WV, averaging 2800 miles per week and a 4-4.5 day turn.

Drivers average $80-$105K per year with a $7,500 sign-on bonus, weekly home time, and compensation that includes hourly wages for on‑duty time plus mileage pay. Health benefits after 30 days, a 401K with company matching, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off,

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Picks up waste from customer locations utilizing roll‑off and/or end dumps units.
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units.
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads.
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports.
