Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking a regional driver to bring freight movements with home weekly and a 34–48 hour reset while on the road. You will operate newer-model tractors on 100% no-touch dry van freight and may take the truck home during scheduled time off.

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,500, paid on all miles. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with up to $2,000 company match, paid vacation, and eight holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
• Background check and MVR review conducted.

Compensation & Hours

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 per week
• Pay Structure: Paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34 to 48-hour reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days on the road)

Freight & Equipment

• Equipment: Assigned newer-model tractors (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Take-Home Truck: Option to take the truck home during scheduled time off (safe parking required)
• Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
• Operations: 70% Drop & Hook

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.

• Background: Background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and no follow-up testing is required.
