J Rose Enterprises is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes primarily throughout the Southwestern states.
• Perform safe, efficient driving with 100% no-touch freight where applicable (live loads occasionally).
• Maintain timely delivery while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements
