Job summary

J Rose Enterprises in Tyler, TX is seeking qualified truck drivers for regional freight services. Earn weekly pay between $1,075 and $1,200 with 100% no-touch freight on dry van equipment.

Home time is weekly for a reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out) with a 34–48 hour reset at home, and an option to take the truck home during home time where applicable. Qualified applicants will have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, a valid CDL-A, and must meet DOT safety and drugs/alcohol

Pay & Home Time

• Weekly Earnings: $1,075 – $1,200 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out)
• Reset: 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Stability: Consistent miles, steady freight, and predictable regional scheduling

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Approximately 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour

Qualifications
