Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Southwest regional fleet across California. Enjoy consistent mileage, weekly home time, no-touch freight, and modern equipment on well-supported lanes.

We offer competitive pay with weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500, detention and breakdown pay, full-time W2 status, and a comprehensive benefits package. Home weekly for resets, 34–48 hour resets at home, and take-home truck privileges during weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
• SAP DRIVERS accepted if Step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier since completion.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight with no-touch loads where possible.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Utilize high-efficiency drop-and-hook operations (about 70% loads).
• Perform live load/unload when required and ensure timely delivery.

We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across California for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
