We arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across Arizona for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full‑time, W2 position with steady year‑round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48‑hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no‑touch freight
• Operation: High‑efficiency drop‑and‑hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well‑maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take‑home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements
