Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a senior leader to oversee a regional workers' compensation claims organization. You will drive performance across claim quality, customer experience, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and shaping departmental strategy.

The role requires experience in workers' compensation claims, leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence. Travel and virtual collaboration are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in a claims environment with demonstrated technical experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in claims.
• Previous workers' compensation claim management with multi-jurisdictional experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages monoline workers' compensation unit of claim professionals and support staff.
• Leads claim team in support of department initiatives and strategies in cost containment, case file handling, customer service and quality.
• Monitors workflows to maximize accuracy and efficiency; maintains service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Manages the quality review process and develops unit goals, procedures and systems.
• Stays abreast of changes in workers' compensation statutes and regulations; identifies staffing needs and mentors employees.
• Participates in development of annual department budget and spends time on committees as needed.
