Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of insurance principles and workers' compensation laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Five to ten years of adjusting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claim activity to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Review and approve settlement of claims.
• Mentor and provide ongoing training to claim staff.
