Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a Civil Construction Manager to lead large-scale heavy civil projects across the southeastern United States. The role is based in Raleigh, NC but requires travel to project sites and oversees field operations from initiation to completion.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and safety culture are essential as you guide teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with design standards and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive heavy civil construction experience with leadership at Superintendent level.
• Experience leading large teams of field personnel on complex projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field operations for large-scale heavy civil projects throughout the southeastern United States.
• Direct Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost, and equipment utilization across projects.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to hit milestones.
• Represent the project with owners, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts to ensure compliance with requirements.
