Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Associate Regional Director to support our East Coast region. You will be the right hand to the Regional Director, translating priorities into plans and ensuring timely progress across operations, customers, people, and financial performance.

This hybrid role prefers Boston-area candidates who enjoy engaging with customers and field teams. Travel up to 25% is expected as the region grows and leadership expands its footprint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar role.
• Strong record of managing complex projects with many stakeholders from start to finish.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into clear takeaways and recommendations.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Good judgment, discretion, and the ability to represent leadership well.
• Ability to switch between big-picture strategy and hands-on detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project tracking tools.
• Curiosity, humility, and an owner mindset.
• Experience in PACE, senior care, healthcare services, on-site care, or multi-site operations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional initiatives from start to finish.
• Build and maintain systems to track priorities, KPIs, and action items.
• Analyze operating and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the Regional Director by preparing for meetings and drafting communications.
• Run the region's cadence of meetings, business reviews, and reporting.
• Work with internal teams to move priorities forward and remove roadblocks.
• Support key customer relationships and field operations.
• Take on high-impact special projects like market expansion or process improvements.
