Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care seeks a Regional Director / General Manager to lead the Great Lakes region, centered in Michigan. You’ll own customer success, regional performance, and team development, while guiding the integration of Michigan with the broader CMC organization.

A hybrid role favors field presence with Michigan residence preferred. You’ll be the senior relationship owner for Michigan customers, building trusted partnerships with PACE and senior care leaders, solving problems quickly,

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership experience in operations, healthcare, multi-site services, or other complex business.
Experience owning a market, region, business unit, or major customer relationship.
Strong customer mindset with ability to build trusted executive relationships.
Strong operational and financial judgment.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance.
Willingness to get into details and solve problems; owner mentality.

Responsibilities

Own senior relationships with Great Lakes customers and ensure exceptional experience.
Oversee regional operations, staffing, service delivery, KPIs, and growth.
Lead Michigan team with clear expectations, accountability, and culture.
Drive integration of Michigan and CMC teams across systems and processes.
Identify best practices and promote them across regions.
Expand CMC in the Great Lakes and explore national opportunities.
Collaborate with PACE and senior care leaders to align strategies.
