Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in hotel engineering or facilities maintenance, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems.
• Ability to perform repairs personally while leading multiple-site teams.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between properties 25–50% of the work week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support engineering and maintenance teams across three properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems.
• Inspect properties, prioritize work orders, and maintain guest-ready facilities.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for major equipment.
• Coordinate with General Managers and budgets; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and respond to urgent issues.
