About the Role:
We seek an experienced and driven Regional Channel Manager to build, maintain, and grow our strategic channel partnerships throughout the West region. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth through indirect sales, managing partner relationships, enabling partner success, and identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives, with a focus on recruiting, enabling, and scaling high-performing partners (VARs, MSPs, Distributors, and strategic alliances).
- Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners using internal tools, industry networks, and third-party resources to expand market coverage.
- Serve as the primary liaison for channel partners in the West region, building strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication and consistent support.
- Deliver compelling product overviews, demos, and training sessions to equip partners with a strong understanding of our solutions and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive partner enablement by ensuring completion of sales training, certifications, and ongoing education on product updates, roadmap changes, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to address partner needs, support joint opportunities, and maximize revenue growth.
- Guide partners through deal registration and sales processes, resolving issues related to channel conflict, pipeline alignment, and operational hurdles.
- Create and implement territory-specific partner engagement plans, supporting regional sales objectives and joint business development activities.
- Identify and support co-branded marketing campaigns and joint events to drive demand generation and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Monitor partner performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy using CRM systems and data dashboards to inform strategy and drive accountability.
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to help partners position our solutions effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and internal presentations to evangelize the value of the channel and promote thought leadership.
- Own partner success metrics, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual KPIs through a combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the CCaaS, SaaS, IT, and telecommunications.
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel partner networks.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 30%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with partners in the West region or the Mountain West territory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with partner incentive programs and channel marketing strategies.
