Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners using internal tools, industry networks, and third-party resources to expand market coverage.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for channel partners in the West region, building strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication and consistent support.
  • Deliver compelling product overviews, demos, and training sessions to equip partners with a strong understanding of our solutions and go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive partner enablement by ensuring completion of sales training, certifications, and ongoing education on product updates, roadmap changes, and strategic priorities.

  • Create and implement territory-specific partner engagement plans, supporting regional sales objectives and joint business development activities.
  • Identify and support co-branded marketing campaigns and joint events to drive demand generation and partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy using CRM systems and data dashboards to inform strategy and drive accountability.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to help partners position our solutions effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and internal presentations to evangelize the value of the channel and promote thought leadership.
  • Own partner success metrics, ensuring achievement of quarterly and annual KPIs through a combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the CCaaS, SaaS, IT, and telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel partner networks.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (up to 30%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with partners in the West region or the Mountain West territory.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with partner incentive programs and channel marketing strategies.
