Job summary

Nombase Education is seeking an experienced Chain Director to manage, grow, and execute chain business across a defined region. You will own relationships with regional and national chain accounts and collaborate with distributor KAMs to drive promotional execution and velocity.

In this leadership role, you will lead chain-level promotions, analyze performance data, and push for continuous improvement across markets. Travel and fast-paced environments are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing chain or national accounts (CPG / beverage preferred).
• Strong distributor and wholesaler leadership experience.
• Proven ability to execute, analyze data, and drive results.
• Comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key regional and national chain accounts
• Partner closely with distributor KAMs and wholesalers to drive execution
• Lead chain-level promotions, displays, samplings, and seasonal programs
• Track performance (GAP, MTD/YTD, execution) and close gaps quickly
• Negotiate additional displays and floor placements
• Prospect new chain opportunities and re-engage buyers
• Ensure consistent execution, pricing, and brand standards across markets
