Groupe NGE is seeking a Regional Finance Director based in Egypt to lead the finance function across multiple entities in the Middle East. You will oversee accounting, financial planning, tax, treasury, internal control, compliance, legal matters and insurance while coordinating with Group Finance.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, coordinate statutory statements and tax reporting, lead the annual budget process, deliver analyses to

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in an international operational environment.
• Broad expertise across accounting, tax, treasury, financial control and performance management.
• Ability to build partnerships with operational teams and manage complex compliance.

Responsabilités

• Financial management and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in compliance with Group requirements
• Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate tax reporting with the Group Tax team
• Lead the region annual budget process and monitor progress with quarterly updates
• Deliver insightful financial analyses and recommendations to regional and corporate management
• Management and leadership of the finance function
• Lead coordinate and develop the finance teams across the countries within the region
• Contribute to the development of the cost controlling function within the region
• Partner closely with operational managers to enhance financial awareness and support project delivery
• Internal control compliance and risk management
• Ensure strong financial governance in procedures and tools
• Maintain compliance with legal, tax, social, insurance and regulatory obligations
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial advisors, JV partners and other external stakeholders
• Treasury and cash management, oversee cash flow forecasts and cash generation
• Monitor collections, debt levels and treasury indicators
• Identify opportunities to optimize cash generation and improve financial efficiency across the region
