  • Oversee regional leadership teams, ensuring accountability, succession planning, and continuous development.
  • Implement standardized operational processes, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics across the region.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to support key account growth, retention, and strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Lead risk management, compliance adherence, and regulatory alignment across all EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service quality, and scalability.
  • Provide regular executive reporting to the EVP on financial performance, operational KPIs, and strategic initiatives.

Position Summary

The Regional Director, EMEA is an executive leadership role responsible for the full operational, commercial, and financial performance of the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the EVP, this leader will oversee multiple country offices and ensure the highest standards of operational execution, customer service excellence, and financial discipline across all regional activities.

This role carries full regional P&L responsibility and requires a seasoned leader capable of driving performance, building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and scaling operations within a fast-paced, time-critical logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
