Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in fundraising across nonprofit or related sectors.
• Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong public speaking and writing skills.
• Established network with community and government groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team to mobilize volunteers and resources for humanitarian efforts.
• Manage community resilience programs to enhance disaster preparedness and recovery.
• Engage volunteers, particularly youth, in regional initiatives.
• Oversee performance targets related to service delivery and fundraising goals.
• Cultivate partnerships with external community leaders and organizations.
• Ensure representation of the organization in media and community activities.
• Foster collaboration among regional leadership teams to align efforts.
