Qualifications

• Proven track record in major gifts fundraising and donor stewardship.
• Strong strategic planning and revenue growth experience.
• Experience leading senior teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of New York education and postsecondary landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy to meet a $2.2M regional target.
• Expand OneGoal in NYC and New York State through advocacy and partnerships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional team and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with national leadership to execute 2030 plan.
• Engage a diverse Regional Advisory Board to support fundraising.
