Job summary

OneGoal seeks an Executive Director, New York, to serve as the region’s external face, visionary leader, and chief revenue strategist. You will guide the region within OneGoal’s 2030 plan and inspire stakeholders to invest in a bold vision for students.

Externally, you will pursue a $2.2M regional target, cultivate major donors, and expand across NYC and upstate New York. Internally, you will unite staff and partners toward regional health and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven fundraising experience including major gifts up to $2M+.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with funders and stakeholders.
• Experience leading senior teams and organizational change.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in New York education/philanthropy context.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising, partnerships, and brand-building to hit revenue targets.
• Expand OneGoal across NYC and New York state with advocacy and partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted regional leader and coach for the New York team.
• Oversee regional budget and drive programmatic excellence.
• Collaborate with national teams to align with 2030 Strategic Plan.
• Build and steward relationships with district and state education leaders.
