The American Red Cross in New York City is seeking a Regional Philanthropy Officer to lead major donor engagement across the region, building transformational partnerships that align donors' goals with the organization's mission.

You will manage a portfolio, pursue six- and seven-figure gifts, travel frequently within the region, and collaborate with volunteers and staff to achieve annual revenue targets.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of sales and/or fundraising experience.
• Proven experience in donor retention and growth strategies.
• Ability to cultivate complex gift requests and solicit major gifts.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward New York donors $10,000+.
• Manage a donor portfolio to meet revenue goals annually.
• Maintain donor data in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Travel frequently within the region to advance fundraising.
