Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You can expect $1,600-$1,800 per week after training, paid by direct deposit each Friday, with a paid training program lasting 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week.

Home every week on regional runs, mostly no-touch dry van freight with a high drop-and-hook share, and an assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor. This W-2 role includes paid orientation before your first run.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• ELDT finished through an FMCSA-registered training provider
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment
• Meet DOT and company hiring standards

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with consistent miles
• Regular weekly home time
• Mostly no-touch freight with a high drop-and-hook share
• Follow safety and performance standards
• Operate assigned 2024/2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor
