Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You will start with a paid training program that lasts 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week, followed by regional runs with home weekly.

The position is W-2 and offers paid orientation before first run. Expect weekly pay of $1,600–$1,800 after training, with safety and performance bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, PTO

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• ELDT completion through FMCSA-registered training provider
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment
• Able to meet DOT and company hiring standards
• Regional start for a driver straight out of CDL school

Responsibilities

• Drive regional dry van routes with mostly no-touch freight and a high share of drop-and-hook loads
• Operate the assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor
• Maintain safety and performance while delivering on schedule
