Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You’ll start with a paid training program that lasts 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week, with a 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor assigned.

Home weekly and paid orientation before your first run are included. This W-2 position offers weekly pay after training, safety and performance bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• ELDT finished through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with mostly no-touch freight.
• Return home weekly on a consistent schedule.
• Drive assigned 2024/2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
