Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. You will start with a paid training program lasting 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week, then move to regional runs with weekly home time.

Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors, mostly no-touch freight and some drop-and-hook, with direct deposit pay every Friday and a safety/performance bonus program. W-2 position built for new drivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL-A license with ELDT completion through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test required and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• Regional start for a driver straight out of CDL school.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with mostly no-touch freight.
• Drive assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Earn weekly pay with direct deposit and take advantage of paid orientation.
