Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes with weekly home time. You’ll start with a paid training program lasting 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week, followed by consistent regional runs and mostly no-touch freight.

You’ll drive an assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth, work as a W-2 employee, and receive paid orientation before your first run.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• ELDT completion through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse enrollment.
• Meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• A regional start for a driver straight out of CDL school.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with mostly no-touch freight.
• Be assigned a 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor.
• Participate in paid training and orientation.
• Receive weekly direct deposit payments after training.
