Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes. Expect 1,600–1,800 USD per week after training, with a paid orientation program of 3–5 weeks at 850 USD per week.

Assigned 2024/2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors, and a direct-deposit pay cycle every Friday. This is a W-2 position designed for new CDL-A drivers, featuring paid training, safety and performance bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package that starts on day one,

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• ELDT finished through an FMCSA-registered training provider
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse enrollment

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with consistent miles and weekly home time
• Mostly no-touch freight with drop-and-hook where possible
• Drive a 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor
• Follow company safety policies and maintain records
