Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver to haul grocery freight on dedicated routes. This role offers no-touch freight, assigned equipment, and a potential to earn up to $95,000 annually with strong weekly pay.

Expect a 5-day workweek with two consecutive days off and regional runs through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle. Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience and FMCSA compliance required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in past 3 years
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required before hire
• Must meet English language requirements

Responsibilities

• Dedicated grocery freight
• Refrigerated trailers
• No-touch freight
• Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia sleeper
• Regional routes through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle
• Typically 3-4 layovers per week
