Job summary

Herman N Logistics is looking for a CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver to haul grocery freight on dedicated regional routes with no-touch freight and assigned equipment.

The role offers strong pay with averages from $80,000 to $85,000 per year and potential to reach $95,000, plus weekly pay, and layovers on routes through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle. Expect 3–4 layovers weekly and a 5-day workweek with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required before hire
• Must meet English language requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated trailers on regional routes
• Haul grocery freight with no-touch freight
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations
• Maintain assigned late-model equipment and timely deliveries
