Rodriguez is hiring a CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver to haul refrigerated grocery freight on dedicated regional routes. You will operate no-touch freight with an assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia sleeper on routes through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle.

Earn an average of $80,000-$85,000 per year, with potential to reach up to $95,000. Typical weekly pay is around $1,600-$1,700, with paid time off and consistent weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required before hire.
• Must meet English language requirements.
• Additional qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated regional grocery freight on dedicated routes.

Pay Details

$80,000-$85,000 average annual pay

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,600-$1,700
• Up to $95,000 annually
• $0.60 CPM
• $16.25 per stop
• $31.50 per diem for each night away
• $20/hour detention pay
• Paid weekly

Shift Details

• 5-day workweek
• Optional 6th day
