Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver to haul grocery freight on dedicated regional routes with no-touch freight and assigned equipment. Earn $80,000-$85,000 annually, with potential to reach $95,000, and enjoy weekly pay with benefits on a 5-day workweek and two consecutive days off.

Expect 3-4 layovers weekly on routes through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle. Requires 9 months of tractor-trailer experience and meeting FMCSA/English requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required before hire.
• Must meet English language requirements.
• Additional qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Haul grocery freight on dedicated regional routes.
• Operate refrigerated trailers.
• No-touch freight.
• Maintain assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia sleeper.
• Work on regional routes through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle.
• Typically 3-4 layovers per week.
